Hi kev and James The problem with the pump was intermittent, at the time I posted fuel pressure ok I saw it switching on and off on live data,cracked open at the union and fuel seemed to be well pressurised and since it was starting from cold I ruled it out, I wish I had the right fittings for my pressure transducer.
