It may be a bit late now but I have only just seen your post.
From what I remember you are supposed to have a special tool for holding the cam or something like that. I just looked at it and used common sense without any special tools apart from the usual timing pin and camshaft tool (the one that goes in the back of the head behind the rubber plugs iirc). There is info on this job which I think I found by just "googling" but I do remember that it was not much more time than just a normal belt change.
