ok just a quick update after a bit of research , reading the info provided by alan and a call to ford technical i had a chat with customer who decided to go with a software update i have not heard anything yet but will keep you informed

Ford Focus 1.6 2004 - Lost power on a few occasions, code P060a - Fixed # - Lee Morton October 8, 2012, 10:25 am
