My first thoughts would be an air leak, too much unmetered air, ecu not able to stabilize idle, is it MAP or MAF model?

Check for leaks first, nip closed all the breather and emission pipes while observing lambda voltage, don't forget crankcase breather.

Also, try using eobd instead of vehicle specific, should be realiable on that year
