Your dwell isn't upside down, I believe what you are seeing is a switch input to the coil from the ECU (square wave) as the transistor is inside the COP.
Never scoped one on a micra but you seem to be picking up noise from the spark (shouldn't be an issue), I haven't seen that on the VAG ones I have scoped.
