If you have no spark nor injection pulse, is either circuit powered (load test)if not then it looks like it comes from pin B6
Is the ECU seeing a speed when cranking?
Carry out a global download paying attention to CE1 & 2 as this is where the engine ECU gets it feeds from.
And lastly as Kevin says, perhaps its time to find a better scanner.
