I jsut recently had a fusion in with a TP related fault. i found antifreeze contamination in the rear of the 16 pin multi-plug just positioned below the water housing on the side of the cylinder head.

This water housing was leaking and the coolant worked its way up into the plug. I believe this to be the reason for my fault code.

Cleaned out connection and replaced water housing and so far no phone calles reporting any other issues.
