I would think its a faulty pressure regulator, I had one of these in doing the exact same fault. Replaced regulator and it was perfect.

I supposev there is a slim chance it could be a failing frps but doubt it.

Also I can't see how an hp fuel pump would cause a high pressure fault code so to me this points to a control fault rather than a pump pressure issue. Low pressure is a different situation though isn't it?
