Thanks for everyone's help. Cross referenced coil packs with Delphi Original Part No 1104082 6F28GM and aftermarket No CE20009-12B1A, these checked out as matched. Colleague with Tech 2 suspected possibly engine Ecu causing communication error, programmed up spare test Ecu, vehicle now able to start and run, cleared codes. New Ecu Part No FDMP 55561172 purchased, Local dealer had 2 on the shelf, would appear to be common failure point, and just coincidendental that coil pack had just been fitted. Suspect stupid component mounting location on manifold causing excessive expansion and contraction to Ecu, causing internal circuit failure, thus leading to early failure of part. Very Poor Design By Vauxhall.
