i posted this problem a while ago but since then the engine went paired shaped and i ended up fitting another engine for the customer,the original engine had a misfire vw fitted a new injector charged the guy £452, the misfire was still there a week later they then tell him he needed a new engine, i stripped it replace valves chain etc but misfire still there but not as often,any way i fitted another engine s/h but out of a 2010 golf only done 20,000 miles it started up great sounded great, but every now and then the mil light flashes you cant feel a misfire but it registers a misfire could it be a software problem sorry for long post ,
