I have a Smart that came into us with a lack of boost. We have replaced the turbo acutuator and got boost back, but we are still getting a light on and fault

75 Boost pressure limit valve Break/make

Mode 3, Static errors:
*P0243 Turbocharger wastegate solenoid

The fault clears ok and the first time you start it after the clear, it will start and drive, but the second time you start the light comes on a few seconds after startup regardless of whether you rev the engine or not.

I have scoped the solenoid and am getting a trace similar to an injector with a spike up to 68 volts
My pico is away for repair and I am relying on the scope on my kTS 570 which doesnt have current clamp.

I was expecting to see a pwm on/off signal.
Can anyone tell me if this signal is correct ?
