Unfortunately, the Kia wiring diagrams are often, just plain wrong!!

Even the later ones don't show pin 4 populated, however, don't assume the pin numbers on the physical connector are the same as the pin numbers on the diagram. Often Pin 1 will be marked on the top right of a connector but the diagram shows it as top left.
Note:The diagram is supposed to show the connector from the wire side.

I've uploaded the 2008 wiring as it is different, just in case it's the correct one for your car
