Hi,
I have this Citroën in at the moment with lean mixture . Oxygen sensor is fixed on 0.03 v. If you spray brake cleaner into inlet when running it switches to 0.9 v fast do oxygen sensor ok.

Sft is -25% lft is 22%, when revving up sft doesn't alter or o2 sensor. I have smoked it and found a few small leaks but after repairs it's still the same.
map reading is 1000kpa with ignition on and 300kpa at idle, vacuum is 20hg at idle. Compression test shows 180 psi at all cylinders. Injectors seem to spray evenly. Fuel pressure is 45psi at idle and holds with engine off. Had new t.belt so timing right.
Any help please? Dont no what to do next?
