I have to agree with David
I have seen these engines in the CX-7 L3-T with the same issue.
Have you got a Pico with a WPS500. This will be able to ID the cylinder with the misfire whilst running by checking exhaust pulses.
Or is it a general misfire? Check and post the fuel trims at idle and 2500 so we can see whats happening with fueling.
