So I can confirm that the injectors were faulty and as suggested by Graham, changing the spark plugs completed the fix. I was baffled as I moved the coils and spark plugs around but the miss didn't change according the the counter. Feeling a bit of an amatuer and something so simple but lesson learned. If there has been an issue that has contaminated the plugs, just change them.
