Just had a call back this morning from the customer and he has told me this is now fixed

As I was having a few days off after it was tested, he booked it in to the local BMW dealer down the road as he needed it repaired ASAP for his daughter

Turned out it was an extremely low oil level, they changed the oil and filter and all re-tested OK. He said should have had it serviced as arranged before the test.....customer always knows best ;-)
