hi everyone
ive had a couple of peugeots towed in with a no start and the ecu have gone into lock mode.
no comms with bsi.
ive thought the ecu has been shut down by bad keys,such as a no coded key used and that has proved correct except the current one apparently had been driving and the lady stopped and went to restart car and no go.
the last couple i towed to the dealer to have my thoughts confirmed and they said they needed a new ecu and bsm.major money,the cost of the cars here.
i can get second hand but has anyone got any ideas as to why it might happen to a going car.
also ive seen bbm mentioned as a possible repair for ecu,is this a good option,has anyone had this done.
