i would chase the air flow code first ,

Look for a possable random restriction of air flow in to the engine is one thought,

also can you look at freeze frame data ? what the o2 voltages or eq ratios were?

what did the air mass look like ?

i would be looking to see if the engine was rich or lean .

what temprature did the engine think it was at.
