( Optional) Fault Codes: no obd2 comms with modules

Hi

I have bmw e90 05 petrol with no comms with all modules on car. On 16 pin obd2 with no can high or low pins. Pin 1 = 12v +pin 4+5 earth + pin 7 = 8 volts + pin 9 = 1 volt + pin 16 = 12v. Car with engine light on but can't read codes in any modules. Engine starts ok
