BMW E90 2.0 2005 - No comms with modules #

Engine Size and Code *: 2.0 petrol
( Optional ) ECU Type: bosch
( Optional ) Scanner Used: snapon
( Optional) Fault Codes: no obd2 comms with modules

Hi

I have bmw e90 05 petrol with no comms with all modules on car. On 16 pin obd2 with no can high or low pins. Pin 1 = 12v +pin 4+5 earth + pin 7 = 8 volts + pin 9 = 1 volt + pin 16 = 12v. Car with engine light on but can't read codes in any modules. Engine starts ok

Has this ever had a replacement JBE unit,behind glovebox?
