Yes, crankcase breather in valve cover with the N45 engine. Measure crankcase pressure with modified oil filler cap (to accept a nipple). crankcase pressure should be 0.04b less than ambient pressure, sounds like yours is excessive. No dipstick so they don't make it easy to measure.
