Should add its not as bad when its hot.
No one has changed the oil and filter for a while but the car is fairly low mileage and is not used much. The garage that changed the shaft motor tell me that the concentric shaft looked rusty but they could move it its full travel easily when the motor was of and could see nothing wrong other than it was oddly rusty looking.
