    Hi Dave

    I know it's a 1994, but could the 39kpa be a limp value ? ( any MAP codes stored ? )
    Also does the live value change with vac ?

    Also, assuming the MAP can stand it, how about pumping the vac up to 67.7kpa on live data to see if the emissions settle down ? Or chop the signal wire and simulate the voltage if you thing the MAP may suffer.

    What tool are you using for the live data reading ? Is there a possibility that the tool is wrong ?
