Hi, had the same fault numerous times,
check the vacuum pipe going to the MAP sensor, also check the one way valve on the inlet manifold (where tha vacuum pipe connects to) another common fault is the lambda (but you say its good) last but not least, do not put a universal cat on this car, it will not pass the MOT, use the OE cat even if its a hell of a job to get it out George
