Just as an aside to these posts do you believe what you are told by the dealers. I had a 1.0 corsa the other week with a top end rattle on idle traced to cam chain tensioner dealer said thay had not come across this before and there was no mods, when i checked spring lenght in tensioner it was nearly twice as long. Which makes me feel they know theres a problem but why admit to it if you can earn money from it.
