    thanks darren. I found the fault, I removed the bracket that holds the ecu on the o/s inner wing to check the main relay & injector resister thats underneath & where the loom splits to feed these, it has rubbed through on the engine mounting, its melted the insulation of 1 wire & melted 3 or 4 wires together & it looks as if it has traveled the lenth of the loom. So it looks like a new loom to be fitted. ray
