Hi peter & all. Just done a C5 last week. Very straight forward, just jack the rear of the vehicle as high as possible with Jacking beam, remove little filler cap from tank, using the bottles and a pipe supplied (with the end cut off), Lay bottle onto top of n/s/r rear wheel with pipe into top filler of tank, pierce top of bottle, and the fluid runs in nice and free! Do this with all 5 litre bottles and then replace filler cap. Lower vehicle and carry-out remainder of process as ANDY has described. The warning lamp/message may not extinguish until two or three attempts, or as with ours, a good 5 mile drive! Oh and the additive and filter has a retail of about £290ish, but the robbing B******s put a £512 surcharge on the old filter unit That is why when you open the so-called new one, it is just a new internal filter inside an old stainless shell! HTH & All the best for now, Gunner.
