Hi Dave, Exactly mate! I made sure that I allowed my customer into my workshop too see the old unit boxed and ready for return, and showed him his nice new (second-hand looking) particulate filter fitted to his vehicle! His exact remark was 'What a b****y rip-off by Citroen' and who can blame him!!! Anyway by showing him the work undertaken by us, He now knows that the filter is not 'Brand-New' looking unit. I'm not sure that the filter really needed changing but Citroen would not sell the Additive without having a filter as well (good earner for them I'm sure). All the best mate, Gunner.
