    I suspect the coil, new ones can be faulty, can you try another coil off a donner car that you know is good, can you recode rover ecus, if not you can send one to ecu tecnologies and they can zero your ecu code and cut pin 13 and you can then use that ecu on cars with out having to recode it every time. ray
