    Firstly thanks to all that responded,it really did point me in the right direction.
    Now the fix
    I had a clear head this morning + a couple clear hours to sort this pig,done volt drop check on system and found brown/pink wire from main relay to coil less than 1 volt drop(it,s a short wire)run another along side and away it went,
    I know i checked this previously and even put a direct feed to it,But thinking about it i had battery on charge(dopy)which possibly gave false reading and plugs possibly flooded so did not give it enough time to clear
