we have the same code on a laguna 1.9 dci ,1815
our air flow is down to
2 kg air on idle
44 kg air on hard acceleration third gear
if you pull hose of throttle body does yours still run and rev up you can check air flow through intercooler this way also put on a boost gauge and check down the road.
also these have been known to collapse the pipe from the air filter to the turbo worth a look
