Yes belt on properly. Plugs are OE GM whatever they were...??? Throttle Body adaption not reset - have no tool that will do that I suspected EGR but these have a habit of P0400 if that's out - to be honest I want to check it when customer not looking over my shoulder... Maybe Monday or Tuesday
