Sorry about not posting the fix.
What had happened customer had put petrol in and had not told us, They ran it for a bit and then filled with diesel. Sent injectors to diesel specialist and 3 out of the 4 were damaged. got them repaired, drained whole fuel system changed filters and filled with diesel and is all ok.
It would make life a lot easier if customer told us the whole story.
