Thanks for the replies.This is the HDi engine not Fiat,I will leak test next but I thought this caused poor starting.Would defective injector show up while the engine is running OK and what could cause the sudden pressure drop. A little extra information, on the 2 occasions this has happened to me the freeze frame data was 815 bar @ 2200 rpm. Ainsley
