Hooked this one upto a Testbook at the weekend and the same code came up but as Steve said there are no associated tests or any further information.

However, after having a play around with the tool it would seem that there is a feedback data item which is tied into the O2 sensor. It would appear that this is their form of short/long term fuel trims. According to the testbook the car is failing to go into closed loop so I suspect that this error is related to this.

Looking at live data, the O2 value defaults to around 2V and as the car warms up, slowling comes down, though not all the way. It seems to switch between around 1V and 500-600ms but rarely passed below 500mv. This seemed to correlate with the scope'd signal....it was predominantly rich but would drop to around 500mv at regular but short intervals. It would seem to switch but the ECU doesn't seem to accept it as its not crossing 500mv mid point?

Hope to try a new O2 sensor on it in case there is an earth fault, but could this be an internal ECU fault? The rest of the live data seemed about right.

    Cheers

    Sean.
