Roy, I believe there are problems with general coking up of these engines especially blockages in the throttle body as Tony mentioned. BBA mention them on their website (see link) and I'm sure I found some info on i-ATN on the same problem. As far as I can tell, new throttle bodies don't need programming but may need the base idle speed setting. There is some information in Vadis about doing this.
