Hi Bill,
Do you have a 'scope? Ideally need to scope FI supply(ies), drive(s) and ECU earths. Then if your drive waveform is impaired, but earths and supplies are OK, it suggests the ECU is faulty. A lot of ifs and buts, but the only way I know of any sort of reliable diagnosis!
