Hope this one hits the archives.
Struggled with this one, Corsa C came in from another garage for diagnostics, every 200 miles it would set the MIL, codes P0136 (o2 sensor 2 bank one circuit malfunction) and P0141 (o2 sensor 2 bank 1 heater control circuit malfunction)the other garage had fitted 2 oxy sensors and an air mass but no different.
I put Tech 2 on the vehicle and it came up with the same codes P0136 and P0141, after deleting the codes it would set them again every 10 minutes but didn't set the MIL. Checked all wiring, connectors etc and all OK o2 sensors were working fine in live data.called vauxhall technical they said they had reports of water and corrosion in the wiring loom to the o2 but this was for 2003 1.4 and 1.8 models, At a loss we stumped for an ECU and that was the FIX.
    Hope this helps in future
    Regards
    DJ
