Problem found! The EGR valve was jammed shut by carbon deposits, managed to work it back and forwards while spraying with carb cleaner (customer was not going for a new one at £150 +vat as he only wanted the light out to sell the car). Roadtested ok after. Thanks again Dave! Shaun
