    Altough u disconnected the MAF sensor and it made no difference i believe it could be your problem, if u probe into the earth return for the MAF sensor you u should get around 0.8volts at idle and aroud 4.5 volts when you press the throttle full on. If you dont get around 4.5 volts when throttle full on this will cause a lack of power and for the revs to be restricted.
