    Thanks to Aidan and John for replies,

    Maf was at fault all along. Although scope results indicated specified voltages. 1.5V at idle and 3.5V at full throttle.
    Although the signal voltage was very rough compared to the now clean signal.

    I know these are a common problem, but everything looked good with the MAF.
    Sometimes substitution is the only way to be sure.
