I know the P1470 can set either for overboost or lack of MAP signal. If this is setting without driving then it is for lack of signal. This gives you something to check with a meter/scope.
The same can be said for the MAF code. I mention this because I think that the wiring for the MAF does mot involve any other sensors and is direct to the ECU so this can be checked too.
If the wiring is ok then check the ECU supplies and grounds.
