Hi all, I don't know how I pick'em. Customer complaint "cuts out if I rev it over 2500rpm, goes ok again if I restart engine" When I read the fault codes I got 7: 1173 Rotor pos sensor 1174 cam ring pos sensor 1175 timing solenoid circuit 400 EGR insufficient flow 335 CKP circuit fault 1185 fuel temp sensor 336 CKP range or performance All these codes reset ok. On roadtest the only one that comes back now is the 400 EGR fault.Also seems down on power as if no boost is happening.All the EGR related stuff tests ok including vac testing for leaks. Looking at live data (I'm using ACR4 and Ford pod)the only problem I can see is that the MAP is stuck at 77KPa. When I unplugged sensor and tried to drive input with a Potentiometer I got about 7 different codes which I could reset as soon as I reconnected the MAP, that's it I thought, one new MAP later I still have the same fault. Wiring checks out ok. I'm now thinking the ECU is unwell, before I send it off for repair am I missing something? Who can do Lucas EPIC ECU's? I've tried ATP with no luck.
