    I talked to the customer and he agreed to try the vehicle as it was no longer going into limp home mode.
    I also washed out the EGR solenoid valve with carb cleaner.
    On road test the vehicle was ok and he said it never had been very quick (LWB,taillift for wheelchair, autobox and only 90 Horsepower),So I was probably expecting too much of it.
    We did about 10 miles and no fault codes!
    So I suppose that's a fix then!
    Summary:- Connector on pump flapping about, broken connector on ECU not properly secured and sticky EGR solenoid valve.
