Sorry it's taken so long to respond.
This car is still with me. So I will list all tests now:
Car is a non-starter. Will crank and sounds like it is trying to start. Will NOT start with easy start aerosol.
Fault codes, using dec2: Glow plug control, Fuel pressure regulation.
At the ECU: All feeds and earths present. Crank signal, cam signal and fuel pressure sensor voltage (1.5V on cranking)and fuel pressure regulator pwm signal all present.
Live data shows 450-600 Bar on cranking.
Engine is being flushed today, as a previous post mentioned sticking piston rings.
The mystery for me is at the injectors. I can get each injectot to bleep using dec2, and when I unplug all 4 then the engine does not sound like it is going to start. I can not see an injector pulse at any of the injectors but I have heard delphi systems use different signals. Current clamp will not pick up a draw from injectors either.
Has anyone got any information of the type of signal you should expect at the injectors on this 1.5DCI?
