hi kiran

i would get the correct timing tools and check the valve timing.the clio will have no woodruff key on crank and you have to use the tool on frt of block to align crank tdc correctly.its very easy to get it wrong slightly.

it sounds like you have no injector pulse,not sure what type of injector but probably piezo type so difficult to test.

cam to crank sync could be an issue
