Hi Mark, Common problem for TD4's non start no smoke. Injectors are leaking fuel while stopped, fuel runs into the spill pipe, pressure drops in the rail, even though the pump is high pressure it doesn't have a high flow rate. Easy test is, remove the four clips on top of injectors and pull out the spill pipe, clamp this pipe near the high pressure pump so no fuel can escape, turn the ignition on and watch if there is any fuel coming out of the top of the injectors, even the slightest drip will cause a problem, any sign of fuel that's the injector to change, genuine re-con £121.
