Customer was on the phone the other day, vehicle broke down in Blackpool with a failed turbo.
Guess who's getting the blame for that one?? The fact that I never touched the turbo and it was noisy when it came in has,, in his tiny mind got nothing to do with it.
Ah well, happy days.
