Yes Steve, you are exactly right, even down to the rev counter failure. We get lots of these with good old fashioned burnt exhaust valves but this is our first ECU.
Local dealer keeps an exchange unit in stock. ATP can do an exchange unit and transfer all programming so it comes back ready to go. Gotta be the easy way.
