VW Polo 2002 1.4 16v BBY - Misfire on cylinder 2 Archived Message

Vehicle has miss-fire on No 2 cylinder after approx minute after starting engine. We have found that No2 injector loses its feed (checked with noid light), is this due to ecu shutting it down because its detected a miss-fire??

We have swapped 2 & 3 coils over aswell as the spark plugs and No2 injector still loses feed.

    ECU fault??

    any help would be appreciated...cheers
